DENIS point sources

From this page, you can retrieve point sources from
the DENIS strips.
Be careful that no merging has been done between strips:
if a source appears in overlapping strips,
it will have redundant entries.
Use the strip number given in column 2 to distinguish them.
For detailed information on the data contents, see the
ReadMe
file.
The quality of the DENIS data is tied to the quality of each strip.
Please systematically refer to the
strip information page for an overview
of the quality of sources in the strip.
Warning:
On 19/03/1999, some of the strips have been
removed.
Search by position
If you want to specify another type of coordinates, or if
you want to put constraints on some of the DENIS parameters,
please use the more complete
VizieR
interface to the DENIS database.
Search by Color
You can also search for objects, in a given strip, matching
some color criteria.
