EuroVO-DCA Final Board-PCT Meeting

This common Final Board - PCT meeting is organised at the end of Cycle 2, in order to avoid multiple travels and to manage the production of Final reports in a pragmatic way.

Travel, Accommodation and Visitor Information

• Host: ESAC
• Location: Villafranca del Castillo, Madrid, Spain. The meeting will take place in the room C31. "After going through the security gate, go walking down the road, let the first two buildings on your right, and take the first entrance to the third building (Building C). The meeting room C31 is at the end of the corridor."
• Please refer to the directions to get there here.

• Accommodation :We propose that meetings participants handle their own hotel reservation if possible in the Hotel Florida Norte (http://www.hotelfloridanorte.com/). We will then have the possibility to share taxis to get to ESAC. The best way to handle reservation is by emailing to: reservas.florida@celuisma.com.
