Format JHHMMSS.s+DDMMSS: introduced by Drake et al. (2014MNRAS.441.1186D) and Breedt et al. (2014MNRAS.443.3174B). In the latter publication, it is explained that "CRTS transients are assigned a detection ID in the form CSS|SSS|MLSYYMMDD JHHMMSS+DDMMSS [...]. Once the transient has been classified [...], it is assigned a CRTS identifier of the form CRTS JHHMMSS.s+DDMMSS."
